The goal is to have a better understand of the profession and value of police work.

Nowadays, with the rapid changing environment, police officers have faced more and more challenges. In the areas of cultivating education and continuing education, life-long learning is no longer a slogan. The courses with students from the section of first-line police officers will be based on the practical experiences with theories. The common college ones will start from the basic disciplines. After the training, students will be more professional in both knowledge and leadership apart from being able to take up the position of a police lieutenant. The future officers will be better qualified and ready to devote themselves to the society.
