Introduction

Staff: Presently there are one director, five staff officers, one senior clerk and one teaching assistant.

Duties :

Preparing annual budget ( Estimates )

* Allotment and modifying of budget

* Circulating of expenditures and reserves

* Execution of budget and auditing of financial receipts and expenditures

* Disposal of expenditure vouchers, enrolling of account books, delivering and modifying of accounting reports

* Handing accounting affairs

* Petition for expenditures reverse

* Preparing and delivering of financial statement

* Governing procurement for the school
